Assuming the v3 ballot passes, we should add the following changes to Boulder to ease compliance:

These first two implement logging requirement 5.4.1(7), which becomes effective March 15, 2025:

• In boulder-va, the remoteVAs configuration should be expanded to add a unique identifying name for each RVA cluster and Regional Internet Registry #7613
• The validation audit log events should now include the RVA cluster name and RIR #7615

This one implements logging requirement 5.4.1(8), which becomes effective March 15, 2025:

• boulder-va should explicitly record the quorum met for the issuance (eg, 5/6 or 6/6) #7616

This one implements quorum requirement 3.2.2.9, effective March 15, 2026:

• boulder-va should explicitly check that each validation has validations from at least 2 RIRs #7614
