Can't add stream type

I started my own mqqt

docker run --name kuiperManager -d -p 9082:9082 -e DEFAULT_EKUIPER_ENDPOINT=tcp://localhost:1883 emqx/ekuiper-manager:1.8

but i can't add stream type mqqt follow this documentation

there empty fill type
