One sentence description

As an employee of LFUCG I want to submit a request for access so that I can track its progress and see what I have access to.

Link (more details/brain dump/alpha)

It's currently a matter of printing out a old form, getting a director to sign it, and submitting to the computer folks.

Project Needs (dev/design/resources)

One of the current requirements is to collect a digital signature from the director. It's worth poking at this to see if something like a tokenized email could work (like reset password). A director would get an email that describes the requested access and they'd follow a link to review/grant/deny the request. In other words, use their email account as identity rather than setting up user accounts for a prototype.

Status (in progress, pie-in-the-sky)

Apparently requirements are being gathered for something like this!
