Yes, I do... you were supposed to ask?

We need to centralize http proxy calculation...

We use vlan as a hint in some cases, we use boardfarm JSON as explict.. at the very least this logic should be combined and moved somewhere.

Secondly, we need to STOP using tinyproxy and use a ssh proxy (#195) which is sort of related but not directly to this issue.
