Should we switch to LoKi functors for DecayTreeFitter? #201

Right now we use TupleToolDecayTreeFitter to add the results of a DecayTreeFitter fit to the DecayTreeTuple. We could switch to using LoKi::Hybrid::TupleTool instead, as that offers more flexibility and immediate transparency. Or we could use @seneubert's DTFDict.
