Before everything, you should know I am fan of you, but like everybody, you aren't perfect, too. You did wrong while you were writing about downloading of virtualenv on windows (or you probably wanted to write for Linux but you wrote windows whatever) but if you don't use win10 and bash, you can't write in cmd "$apt-get install virtualenv".
