why do i get an error where libfann.so.2 does not exist? #137

I get this error after cloning and running make in my linux mint vera (ubuntu 22.04).:
error while loading shared libraries: libfann.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

and i couldnt find libfann.so.2

can anyone solve this?
