cfg never saves

hello, the hatati.cfg never saves, I want to keep the screen to 320x240, and i save the config whilst in hatari and the settings revert back when you open a new game in retroarch

also when you use 320x240 the hatari gui will not open (enter)

I've noticed that the .cfg file does not save as well. Nor does it read from an existing file. You can change the hitari.cfg file manually with a text editor and hitari does pick up on the changes, even if they do not show in the menus.
