Pulstar Music Issue

the issue is with libretro NeoCD on Onion OS on a miyoo mini plus, but it's also happening on the latest version of retroarch on my pc.

When running the CHD file for the game Pulstar, the track titled "Back Alive" (first stage in the game) starts with a very loud buzzer sound, and then resumes playing like a normal song. Wondering if this is a common issue on NeoCD and if there's any way to fix it? I should add also that this is happening both In Game and from the "Music Test" setting in the Options menu of the game, as well as the Neo Geo CD music player.

I have checked footage of the game and it's definitely not supposed to be like that, and it's also really loud compared to the rest of the sound in the game, so it definitely seems like some sort of error.

@bettydots does it happen if you uncompress the chd to bin/cue or your bin/cue dump ?
