Y, B, Start, Select, and dpad work but none of the other buttons are working in the legacy Windows 2010 cores. Issue not present in the modern Windows SNES9x2010/Retroarch build.

Can confirm, with a gamepad overlay you can see the buttons being pressed, but no inputs ingame. No issue with the other Snes9x cores available, and no issue in the non-msvc version of RA (I haven't tried msvc2017 tho!).
