Update Time Clock on Replays to Represent Accurate Time Per Move #1039

On IOS Application:

Time clock only shows final time on replays. It does not correlate the correct time per move, as it does on the web browser.

I am fairly new to posting an issue here, please inform me if I am doing anything wrong. Thank you.
