Taking a look at the env variables here, there does not seem to be a way for admins to set a default video quality. There also does not seem to be a way for registered users to do this either.
A setting like this would be useful for admins who want to reduce the bandwidth used by LightTube across multiple users who may not be aware they are always watching videos at 1080p (or greater) by having the video be set to Autio.
Describe the solution you'd like
An environment variable either configuring a default quality, or a max quality.
