Description

I can't load bloated monkeys-coded youtube site at all. So, I used invidious (recently has been completely banned in my country) and until last week (got issue #154) - LightTube, and could "watch" them in lowest bitrate audio mode only because of my internet connection speed.
So my suggestions to lightening lighttube:

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. An option to show (or not to show at all) all preview banners in low resolution as invidious does, but also do it for the player;
  2. A straight link from search results to get to comments only, i. e. without loading the player;
  3. A straight link to download page;
  4. An option to always play lowest resolution video (144p and below) and lowest bitrate audio (below 40k) in the player;
  5. A player mode to show SLIDE SHOW in place of video, i. e. the images which are normally appearing when the mouse pointer is hovering the video slider, without video and possibly audio;
  6. A mode to show full-player-screen subtitles.
