Plugin cleaning with tes4edit causes deployment issues

I'm not sure what code path is the problem here, but when cleaning a plugin with tes4edit it vanishes from the mod when you browse its files. Then if you ever hit "deploy" again, it won't deploy the esp (since it's not there anymore). You have to reinstall from the archive, and then deploy, and then re-clean. Very frustrating.

I suspect what's happening here is tes4edit renames the file to something else, and then back to the original name when cleaning, and that's causing LIMO to lose track.

Using hard links instead of symlinks fixes this, it looks like Limo has a built-in method to handle it then. That fact should really be in the tutorial!
