Make all notebooks user-runnable from anywhere #416
Description
Currently we have relative paths to repo datasets in our documentation, we should have all data sources used in tutorials be available to users via some kind of web-link (epyc-hosted), such that a user should just need to pip install lf-tape, download a notebook, and be able to run it to completion
