Add support for multiple USB devices

When multiple USB devices are detected on the machine, currently, we just arbitrarily pick the first one. We should define what this should do. For example, we could emit a new event that gives information about the detected devices to the UI so the user can select which one to use. The CTAP spec also recommends using the "wink" option to allow the user to select which key they want to use.
