Fadump crashkernel value issue,eventhough servicereport is passed

Please see this bug as reference

Eventhough servicereport is passed with crashkernel=512M for 30G memory on lpar ,
but on actual scenario,when the lpar is crashed ,fadump was failing with OOM as it requires 3G memory required for crashkernel

Could you please look into this issue.This happened multiple times

We will look into this issue and update the FADump memory reservation accordingly.
