Current Behavior

When I build it manually, it doesn't have Chinese, When I use "https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-chromium?tab=readme-ov-file#language-support---internationalization" and " https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-mods/tree/universal-internationalization" when it didn't work
