[BUG] Crashes on startup in 4.6.3+

Current Behavior

On clean setup (and old setup) the application crashes on startup and fills the log with logs about starting webui.
Version 4.6.2 works as expected.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run the docker creation command listed below
2. Try to go to to the webui, http://localhost:8080, it's not responding
3. Docker log shows it restarting when the http request is received

Environment

- OS: Ubuntu 24.04.1
- How docker service was installed: Via apt install
- Docker version: Docker version 27.2.0, build 3ab4256

I would suggest using a correct folder path rather than the placeholder from our readme.

Thanks, I did miss to change that in the issue, but its an issue what ever config path I use or if I don't use a volume for config at all (just keeps the config in the container)

I've also tried to set a password in 4.6.2 and then upgrade it, it still restarts on every http request in 4.6.3+ (but do not output logs about temporary password) so it has nothing to do with the temporary password generation.
