#8661 [mB] Kiezradar frontend: "save search" button on Project Overview page - "save search profile" is locked at 11 search profiles instead of 10

expected behaviour:
Users should only be able to save 10 search profiles. When there are already 10 search profiles saved an error message should appear and the save function should be disabled.

behaviour:
The save function get disabled after 11 profiles have been saved instead of 10
