change validation time of token used to reset password to 2 hours

Comment/Question: as discussed with client the validation span of the token should be reduced from 3 days to 2 hours.
Wording: Add to mail with reset link the following as last sentence of the mail:
en: If you wish to continue, please click on "Reset password". The link is valid for 2 hours.
de: Wenn Sie fortfahren möchten, klicken Sie bitte auf "Passwort zurücksetzen". Der Link hat eine Gültigkeit von 2 Stunden.
