New user go to IDHub -> link their accounts -> go to this credential page -> generate credential & enter two account IDs -> download credential -> share it with remy

Task

• build assertion (parachain)
• add credential (IDHub)
• write guidance for verification

input: any two account IDs
ruleset: check whether these two accounts are in the same ID Graph
output: boolean
acceptance: the account ID must be out supported types (edited)

priority: medium, after evm sign-in
follow ups:
parachain: discuss and give feedback of delivery time
kayla: write ticket

Acceptance criteria

Acceptance for user:
the two provided account IDs must be our supported account types
the IDHub sign in account must be in the same ID Graph with the two provided accounts
