Track cumulative fee factor for delegator fee calculations #185
Description
Context: Accurate delegator fee calculations require tracking fees cumulatively over time. Adding a cumulative fee factor at the pool level enables more precise accounting and distribution of fees.
Goal: Add and maintain a cumulativeFeeFactor on the Pool entity to support accurate, time-based fee calculations for delegators.
