Additional 512KB RAM in DDI5 inteface - Upper RAM test fails

Upper RAM test failed on DDI5 Inteface 512KB RAM expansion. After passed 8 blocks of upper RAM next 9th block and rest to the end failed. I think that 1 blok is 64KB of upper RAM and 8 of them its exactly 512KB of upper RAM. Rest of them (56 blocks x 64KB) are representing max 4MB of upper RAM. So if was detected 512KB of upper RAM empty blocks should be skipped but not checked red as fail.
