Hi @wolfie2023 Users can open a dispute if the order is in sattatus active or fiatsent. I don't understand what you mean by: Should all bot messages related to the buying and selling process include the wizard to open a dispute, or only specific messages?
When users want to open a dispute, many do not read or do not correctly interpret what they should do
/dispute <order id>
If they had a wizard like there is for other commands, it would be much easier for them
