Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
VSCode can run any local file in the terminal, but same thing doesn't work for file in GistPad, as the file path is /file_name

Describe the solution you'd like
Is it possible to when running the run file in terminal, download automaticaly the gist file to a local temp folder, and run from there?
