Display only the specified annotations in a given cell

Annotations have a global visibility in all dashboards. Dashboard quickly get overloaded with information about annotations.

On a given cell, we might want to display only a subset of the annotations and therefore filter the list.

This feature would allow Loud ML to create annotations with a given type (defined in the hook), and setup the cell settings in order to display only the relevant annotations on the line graph.

Requirements:

• Have a unique ID (= model name ?) when the annotation hook is activated for a given model
• Have the same ID in cell settings in order to filter and display only the relevant annotations

@russorat Hi Russ, is this is something you've been working on already with the community - Or can we contribute in this direction? ie have new cell settings to control which annotations will be rendered, or not, in the cell. Let us know your comments.
