UX: forecast done pop-up, yet no direct way to view forecast values

A forecast, in a given time range, is run in the background. A pop-up is displayed when the action completes. So, to view the result the user must open the correct dashboard, and set the time range in the future to the expected interval.

Enhancements proposed:

• if users can click this pop-up, they will be able to go to the result immediately (assuming the cell and dashboard have been created), with the time range set to the expected interval.
• Alternative: Have a global setting, or cell setting, to override :upperDashboardTime: and set now()+xxxx instead of now(), ie assume that the cell, or dashboard, will always have info about the future. Could be done at cell level, or globally.

Saves time, increases productivity, enhances the UX.

• clickable pop-up: pop-up needs to be displayed with infinite delay or user can miss the alert. Is this behavior interesting?
• alternative: when done (or at forecast start action) we can add hidden time range options to the dashboard (how to create it, ie. use case).
