Dashboard creation failed if port on one side

Dashboard creation failed if port is set on one side.
Check is on whole host:port assuming ports are set (or not) on both sides.

TODO: add host+port checking with default value (ex 8086 for influxdb)

what i do
chronograf with http://host:8086 db config
loudml with host db config

Create dashboard on model

expected
Dashboard created

result
cannot read property links of undefined

I am suffering from that Issue. Is there a Workaround?
