When trying to setup the MS teams notification the workflow fails with below error message. I followed the offical guide and got the webhook, Uptime Kuma not throwing any errors.

The execution of template action 'Send_each_adaptive_card' failed: the result of the evaluation of 'foreach' expression '@triggerOutputs()?['body']?['attachments']' is of type 'Null'. The result must be a valid array.

This is fixed in V2, but it was not beaxkported due to limited maintainer and contributor time.
