Courses overlap each other in a layer

Do I:

• Add radius to make perimeter long enough
• sublayer into department

First calculate how long a perimeter needed, then consider how to divide it.

Can we just keep track of the # of classes for each layer and then set the radius and space between them accordingly?

Edit: Also, splitting each department into a separate graph would probably be a good idea.

So that's different sizes for different layers? Although from current trend that would make them very small, we can try that out. Create a test branch.

Many pre-reqs are cross-department, so I think it's better to display all courses in one. It is also possible that we just ignore this and the graph can get normal after filtering.
