externalCIDR ip address does not get assigned to EC2 instances in AWS

Hi LoxiLb team,
I run LoxiLB outside k8s following the documentation without bgp. LoxiLB agent running in my k8s cluster exposes the service through the given IP but fails to assign it to master loxiLB node. i have configured aws cli and exported access keys in the instance. i wonder if i have missed some configuration.
k8s version: 1.28.3

hello Ram.
Currently, the loxilb container must be restarted once after setting up the AWS CLI.
Or, the region setting in the AWS CLI may be incorrect.

thanks for the response @backguynn . would it make sense to assign IAM role with all full access to EC2? Because if we restart the instance, i am afraid the access keys will be lost. so we might have to re-add again and it will expire soon again
