Old chess releases cannot be built locally

Caused by fluxroot/jcpi#116
While newer releases are fixed by #317 and
#276
when we for example checkout release 0.4 Maven build fails.

Obviously we are not planning to fix the tagged code. The only thing we can do is providing documentation/instructions for contributors about how to work around against this issue.

Ideas:

• load old jcpi to local maven repository (?)
• suggest to manually update pom.xml to the new jcpi
