Describe the feature

Logos will be an LLM Engineering platform which will be the central LLM service instance for all Artemis Intelligence services and other applications. For testing purposes, when developing LLM services, it is necessary to have easy access to Logos services.

No more manual sending of API keys/secrets in private channels, but rather an individual key in a matter of seconds through Helios. Including a rate limit to avoid unexpectedly high costs, e.g., when facing LLM recursion call issues.
