Em Produtos a api não retorna XML e sim error 404 #3

Quando tentando pegar as informações de um SKU e o SKU não existe na base, o servidor retorna erro 404 e não um XML como está na documentação.

Precisamos validar isso com o Grupo B2W e descobrir o que pode estar causando isto.
