@luca-fiorito-11 Hi, I found a problem in sampling NC-type covariance in MF33 (the JEFF-3.3 Library, 40-Zr-90). In this library, the cross section of MT4 and MT 51--70 are perturbed if the input parameter --mf 33, but MF91 is not perturbed. That means the cross sections of MT 4 is not equal to the sum of MT51--91. When nuclear data processing code (e.g. NJOY) runs RECONR and BROADR modules, the cross sections of MT 4 is calculated again, and the perturbed cross-sections produced by SANDY are replaced by the sums of MT51--MT91, but the MT 91 cross sections are not perturbed. This may be a problem. I think MT 91 should be calculated based on the perturbed MT4 and perturbed MT51--70 in SANDY.
