I think build requirements is satisfied...

./configure CFLAGS="-mcpu=power9"
=> no error is appear
make
=> Error message is blow
/tmp/ccDlWC7Q.s: Assembler messages:
/tmp/ccDlWC7Q.s:12401: Error: unrecognized opcode: cpuid'

version is blow
gcc (GCC) 9.2.1 20191120 (Red Hat 9.2.1-2)

What shoud I do ?
