Task 01: Fix behaviour of arrows in collapsed subprocess

The idea of this task is to fix the behaviour of subprocess:

• When adding arrows "from" or "to" to a non-collapsed subprocess and changing does not function properly
• When adding a non-collapsed subprocess arrows change incorrectly

After updating the dependencies it seems to be a bpmn-js problem. I tried in https://demo.bpmn.io/new and resulted in the same error. I created an issue and will wait for the update of the library
bpmn-io/bpmn-js#2273
