Add option for kwin - Window Move to drag the top/title bar instead of the middle of the window

With my setup I don't have title bars when a window is maximized so moving programs around is a bit more annoying.
Due to how it works currently it snaps the cursor into the middle of the program and if I want to maximize it I have to move it a lot more than if it snaps to the top of the window.

It would be great if you can make it so it snaps to the top of the program instead of the middle. I would like it if you can make it so it snaps to the title bar instead of the top of the program but making it to snap to the top of the window seems more possible than to snap to the title bar.

The dragging is handled by KWin so it's always from the middle of the window no matter if it has title bars or not. There is another issue about this already so I am closing this one.
