Table adding on top by Default

If i am writing some text and then trying to add a table after the content it is adding the table by default on top everytime what maybe the issue?

For me it's adding the table at the bottom of all text. I'm also unable to move it!

The jquery version https://summernote.org/ does not have this issue (even though selecting and cut/paste) is a bit tricky as you don't really see what you selected with a table.
