Missing Hand-to-Hand in NPC Abilities

The NBA NPC Abilities are missing Hand-to-Hand. I was able to add it to the Compendium entry and it worked, but the Opponent Abilities set still has "Scuffling" which isn't needed.

Maybe the NBA NPC Abilities should be stand-alone and not use the Opponent Abilities set?

Does this look like a sensible list of NPC abilities? It's a bit of a limitation that we have to have one list to serve vamps and non-vamps, so we have to have Athletics and Aberrance together.
