Can't build on Windows #38

cc1.exe - System Error
The program can't start because libgmp-10.dll is missing from your computer.

Also, according to makefile, it tries to use this .dll:

LIBCC = lib/libcc.dll

But there's no such file in lib folder.

Switch to the 'window' git branch, you should be able to build then.
