[FR] Implement black formatting on pushes and pull requests

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
To make it nicer and easier to adhere to coding guidelines, I would suggest adding black formatter to the project.

I would like to see black formatting being applied on every pull request and push, to check the code formatting. This way the code stays clean all the time!

Describe alternatives you've considered
I don't know, maybe another formatter? Currently, I only know of black.

I don't really like some stuff those formatters do and automatic formating at PR or push, can cause some problems.
