using Arduino Pro Mini as divider by 6 #1

Hello,
i want to use an Arduino Pro Mini as divider by 6 in the following scheme:

input frequency is about 15Khz and pulse width around 50-100us.

is it possible with your code and if so how? i read all the ReadMes but its not so clear.
