Connection error when exiting terminal session using CTRL-D

Version info:

- App: macSCP 0.2.5
- OS: macOS 26.3

Issue: when exiting a terminal session using CTRL-D, my expectation was that the window would be dismissed. Instead, it showed a connection error (while there was no issue at all.
