When you use The Jolly Balloon Man's ability to make a copy of Witch Enchanter, it asks you if you want to pay 3 life to have it enter untapped, which shouldn't apply since it is the creature side of the card, not the land. This may also apply to other cards like Pinnacle Monk but wasn't able to test.
