Urn mappings not working

Describe the bug (*)

After upgrading PHPSTORM I can no longer see my XMLs valid in the system because they can't be verified by the URN schemas.

If I CTRL + Click the URL path it will take me to the file

But there it's no longer able to navigate again

To Reproduce (*)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a layout XML file
2. Write a body and head element
3. Check that they're marked yellow

Expected behavior (*)

URN mappings work and the XML is validated based on the schema
