Subscribe confirmation link is broken

After confirming a subscription with double opt in, the link goes to a 404.

Generic Mailchimp update preferences form is accessible

Furthermore, the "manage subscription preferences" link after performing the double opt-in will take a user to a generic Mailchimp webform. Is this expected or wanted? profile/post landing page is broken

The landing page /profile/post can also be accessed from the update preferences form and is also broken.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailchimp_sf_options and set "Use Double Opt-In (Recommended)?" to checked
2. Subscribe to a list with a test email.
3. Check the email inbox to verify the subscription
4. Aftering passing the recaptcha check click "Continue to website" and you will be navigated to a 404 page - https://gmail.us19.list-manage.com/subscribe/confirm
