This project is a web application that requires both a client-side and server-side component. To run and test the application, please follow the steps outlined below.

node version used v19.1.0

Prerequisites

To run this application, you will need to have Node.js and npm installed on your machine.

Installation

1- Clone this repository to your local machine using the following command:

git clone https://github.com/majdkilou/log-in-task.git

2- Navigate to the project directory and install the required packages by running the following command:

npm install

Usage

1- To start the client-side component, navigate to the project directory and run the following command:

npm start

This will start the client-side component of the application, which can be accessed by visiting http://localhost:3000 in your web browser.

2- To start the server-side component, open a new terminal window, navigate to the api folder in the project directory, and run the following command:

node server.js

This will start the server-side component of the application, which is necessary for the client-side component to function properly.

Testing

To test the application, navigate to http://localhost:3000 in your web browser. If the application is running correctly, you should be able to interact with it as intended.

User test credentioal:

1- viewr user :

user name : majd

password : Test@123

2- editor user :

user name: websight

password: Test@123

If you encounter any issues or errors, please consult the console logs for more information.
