how to exstract a simple string from DP type raw

i'm not able to exstract a string from , can someone help me
i have this dpi

It is not a simple string coming from the device, it is raw binary data encoded in base64. If you want a string, the type should be string. But data like this is not useful as a sensor, just make it an attribute on another entity. Anyway, the fact that you are getting "Unknown" suggests that the device is not sending this value over the local protocol at all.

if i modify on tuya app the parameter i can see the value chanaged in IoT and is also possible to set the dpi value in revers direction and i see te change in tuya app

it makes me think that i can read and write de value.

the idea is to bring a string and
manipolate it whit homeassistant to read the value present on app or create a string to send
to app for adifferent planning
it shoul be possible?
